In Memory of Pete West
BLYM is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our friend and long-standing club member, Pete West, after a long battle with cancer. Pete was a valued part of our community and his steadfast contribution to Scouting, sailing, powerboating, volunteering and the lives of those around him will not be forgotten. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
Following the recent announcement of Pete's passing, we would like to share details of the funeral service for anybody who would like to pay their respects on Pete's final journey. All are welcome, and anybody with a connection to Scouting is more than welcome to attend in uniform. Those from BLYM are welcome to attend in BLYM uniform.
If you know of any long-standing BLYM members who may not have access to this post, Pete's widow Sue kindly asks if you wouldn't mind passing on the details of the service.
